CatX Video Tx

CatX Video Tx is a VGA transmitter unit. Connected to the video output of a PC this unit may be used in conjunction with different CatX Video Rx units to a VGA display. The unit may be used with CatX Video Rx or CatXQ Video Rx for single VGA output over 120m or 300m of Cat5/6 cable.
This unit may aslo be paired with other receiver units. Please refer to the Considerations for Use section of this product for a full list of receiver units that may be used with CatX Video Tx.
The choice of receiver unit means that the most cost effective system for your requirement is possible. As used by Airports, Railway or Bus stations for Public Information Displays. This is the ideal solution to extend VGA signals using Cat5/ 6 cable. Easy to install and no software is required.

Features

Transmits SVGA video up to 300m
The CATX Video unit is specifically designed to transmit the video signal from a PC to any VGA video display unit, including CRT, LCD, TFT and Plasma screens, up to a distance of 300 metres.
SVGA Output up to 1600 x 1200
All CatX units are designed to output SVGA at 1600 x 1200 up to 300m. Higher resolutions may be achievable at shorter distances
Includes local VGA and Stereo Audio output
This useful feature means a local display can be used to view the VGA output at source when the unit is being setup
Simple to install and easy to use
All CatX units can be installed quickly and easily. The controls are all on the receiver units, so adjustments can be made whilst viewing the display where the video is output.
Compact and lightweight All CatX units have been designed to be compact and lightweight so that they can be used in environments where space may be limited and they can be easily fixed and secured

Applies to any local monitor attached to the transmitter

This unit requires a receiver unit to operate
CatX Video Tx will work in combination with any of the following Receiver units
